Return and Refund Policy

- Return within 7 Days of Delivery
- Item must be in its original packing
- Must present the payment receipt or any proof of purchase with the Items returned.
- In case of Pre Damage or Package found open, Do Not Accept the Order. Once you accept the order, Your item will be subjected to the above return/refund policy.

Return Fees: the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the same and upon finding it under the above stated condition, Refund of amount will be initiated.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or Embroidery software.

For COD Payments, We will Contact you on your provided contact number.
For Credit/Debit Card Payments, It will be credited back to the Card, Release of amount depends on your respective bank policy.
