Free Service Warranty On Janome, Brother, Singer and Juki Machines
The Machine is sold on the terms of 12 months Free Service Warranty in which case the following rules must be observed:
• No attempt should be made to effect repairs or servicing other than our own service.
• Domestic Machines should not be used for industry or factory works.
• Parts required in replacement shall be at your cost.
• The Machine should always be kept well lubricated and safeguarded by dust.
We charge flat 30 AED for pick up and drop of the servicing package to your location

12 Months free service warranty on all Janome Machines
The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable in the event of the machine being sold or otherwise disposed of.
The warranty does not cover damage or wear and tear or expendable parts such as needles, belts, springs, light bulbs, bobbin cases, needle threaders, thread cutters, overlock knives, overlocker loopers, looper covers, and needle plates which normally require replacement from time to time.
It does not cover damage caused by accidental damage, misuse, failure to properly maintain the machine, failure to follow Janome instructions for the use of the machine, negligence or any alteration whatsoever in the form or content of the machine.
The warranty becomes null and void if any adjustment, part replacement or repair is carried out by any person other than an authorized Janome service agent, or the damage is caused by use of any non-genuine Janome accessories or parts.
